Setting up your house to run off your RV generator?

I will start by saying I am a retired power lineman my house is setup with the proper hookup for a generator a break before make connection so it doesn't back feed the power company. My MH has a 7...

Find the breaker panel in the MH and add a 240V 30A breaker. Connect that to weather resistant box on the outside that has a L14-30 outlet. Buy the appropriate cord.

I hope you used a generator interlock kit. Those transfer kits limit the number of circuits you can use in the house.
