Glass tile--Harder to install, cut, and maintain. And....glass breaks. Really, I can't say enough bad about it, most of it I deal with is some of the cheapest******I see. Remember, this glass is not made at a Corning plant, it is melted out of whatever local sand abounds. They can't even attach the stuff on the plastic matrix correct, grrrrrrrr.
I am installing more stone and porcelain than years ago. I guess as overseas products proliferate, it becomes more common. I like the look of stone but some non-vitreous tile can be very good.
