Im sorry but 50 amp RV service does not equal 100 amps. It is one 120 VAC @ 30 amps and one 120VAC @ 20 amps. Its just bundled in one receptacle.
If you take the cover off the load center in your RV, with a 30 amp service there will be one hot buss that connects to the circuit breakers, with 50 amp service there will be two hot busses.
