Fugettaboutit (you can use that up North), all that extra maceration and treatment isn't needed unless you're emptying into a home system at distance. Establish a good vent, use plenty of water into the tank, and all will come out in a short time with gravity doing the job. Dumping the black tank is one of the most dreaded and easiest jobs of RVing. Tank flushers help to remove some of the last bits of residue but we're not living inside the tank. Recommended procedure is to add a couple of gallons of water back into the tank after dumping. That does just as good a job as a tank rinser.
