Newman, thanks for the response and direction to a similar unit. I didn't find it on ebay but did on Amazon. Holy moly, that is danged expensive! Not quite what I had in mind with it shown as being suspended from the frame underneath a unit, but we're getting closer. To be more specific on what Travelaires' (Glendale??) had, it was a very simple one-piece plastic tray that slide in-out on a metal runner, no top cover, no locking mechanism. Very simple, mounted from the roof of the cargo storage area.
I'll keep looking but also keep this one in mind.
