Take any sliding drawer setup and screw the sides to something like a 2x4 that's a couple of inches longer. You would then be able to screw a couple of vertical 1x4 or 2x4's to each end and then screw those to the ceiling with a couple of wooden blocks. The drawer could be as tall or short as you like depending upon the length of the vertical members.
