Sliding Storage Tray

It's getting a little harder these days, bending down, twisting around, crawling in and out of my pass-through storage bay, and I've been considering something to make the work a little easier - especially now that I've acquired a new, portable Dometic fridge (weighing 60 pounds)...not a pretty sight, my getting in there without the ease of a sliding tray to make the job so much more convenient...

I know little about them, brands and the like... can anyone offer some perspective? Sure would be appreciated! Thanks!
  • I've thought about that myself. There are long sliding extensions available for a variety of applications.
The thing that stopped me was the reduction in usable space it would bring. The storage bay door is smaller than the compartment and the drawer has to fit that opening. You lose a lot of storage area.

I Built my own. 48" full extension drawer guides are expensive, but, I only had to buy them once.
  • I will be watching this...I am in the same position as you...to hard to get down on my knees & get back up...
