Small solar panel for roof vent??????
Has anyone installed a small solar panel for a roof vent? My roof vent fan draws 1.2 amps, and I have two roof vents. Getting them off house batteries would save nearly 3 amps. I'm estimating I'd need...

the case of a 'fix looking for a problem'
does Not the 280w keep up with your needs and the fans
are the batteries discharging during the day while using the fans
do you NEED more solar because the batteries are not fully charging
or is this just a case of 'tinkering gone wild'
your looking for something to do
in which case i suggest a NEW battery monitoring system
or an 120vac power monitor system
or An Energy Management System
