Good advice! A lot of sofas are three pieces that are bolted on two pieces of angle iron. One in the front and one in the back. They just unbolt and come apart. I took two sofas and made one love seat and one super long sofa. I put the super long sofa in the RV (one piece at a time) and sold the love seat. The stuff that comes in RV's sucks. I love my "super long" sofa!
PS: I bolted it to the RV's frame and reused the seat belts.
