The house battery in our Livin Lite truck camper has died after about 3.5 years of frequent use. Lots of boondocking during which it kept the fridge, LED lights, water pump, ... running for about 3-4...

You could use larger panels but the math is approximately right.

It depends on how you wire the inverter.

125% of the maximum load you expect the inverter to feed. For the items listed a 300 watt pure sine wave would be more than adequate.
