Electric energy use varies wildly among different rigs and users. I suggest getting a battery monitor first so you can measure the actual amp-hours you use. I have a $25 one that works great.
I only had it a short time before adding a solar panel but I'm pretty sure we used no more than 100 amp- hours for a weekend. We have all the loads listed in the first post except the inverter. With a 100 watt solar panel (maximum 5 amps into the battery) the monitor indicates the batteries are always over 80% charged, so no more than 50 amp-hours per day. We have no generator and never plug in to shore power.
