I love the Morningstar TS-45. Its fully programmable for ANYTHING you would need with charging. It also has remote voltage sense, temp compensation (additional purchase).
You can never use wire that is too thick. Keep the runs as short as possible. Already have 12ga wire ran? Run two more 12ga wires for each wire ran. You will be very surprised at the voltage your no longer losing.
