12v electrical aka fuse panel connects to batteries and your 12v wiring system
AKA lights and appliances
your yeti 1400 portable power has a small battery, more batteries would be much better
the converter output aka charge wires have to goto batteries, either the yeti or what ever batteries you add on
it is a mis-statement to say "thru the yeti", the yeti does NOT control anything
converter is NOT a charge controller, it does NOT replace your solar charge controller
it uses in comming 110v to make 14v charge for the 12v battery system
