Fastcap.com They have small round peel 'n stick covers to go over screw holes in a wide range of colors, including "genuine" simulated wood finishes like KZ's "smart cherry" finish in our TT, whatever that is supposed to be. (Maybe there are smart cherry trees out there somewhere?)
They also have edge banding that could probably be used to cover a butt joint between adjoining pieces. Might be a good product to use where there could be a little movement, as opposed to a filler which has no give and can open up and not look the greatest.
White Fastcaps might be a good solution for ceilings.
Have used the round caps in our current TT and they work fine. Not a 100% perfect color match but close enough even for me. The ones that you can get at hardware stores and the like are not very good as the glue can dry out in a short period of time.
