Where can I get a spare rim and tire for my 2023 thor quantum kw29 class c e450 chassis

Pretty much anywhere that sells tires and rims. It's an E450 chassis so there isn't anything special about the tires and rims for a motorhome. Those chassis are used for lots of purposes, motorhomes just happens to be one of them. Just make sure the load ratings are suitable.
Thank u one other thing will the standard rim fit being that the calipers are over sized for the weight of the motorhome
Won't matter. Whether an E-450 is built into a commercial box truck, a shuttle bus, or a Class C motorhome, it leaves the Ford factory with the exact same brakes. Just get a rim spec'd for the E450 chassis.
