Just spraying with silicone spray doesn't get the worm gear, which is what needs to be lubed for ease of operation and leak prevention. Take the crank handle off, get up on the roof and remove the plastic plug in the base of the antenna and pull the worm gear out with a pair on needle nose pliers. Lube and re-install. While you're up there, grease the base plate as well. Use silicon grease.
All of which is detailed in the Winegard Sensar owner's manual linked to earlier. Imagine that - reading an owner's manual. :W
