Titan SideKick in-bed fuel tank install

UPDATE: Got it installed. the upper brackets do extend to the top rail of the pick-up bed as they are attached to the tank via a sliding slot. My challenge was that I also have a canopy whose fiberglass bottom edge covers up the top pick-up bed rail. I put the bracket between the rail and the fiberglass canopy overhang and used bolts instead of the provided self-tapping sheet metal screws. The tank cap is vented and can leak a little gas if tank filled to the top.
