I bought the flow through, but wish I had bought the non-flow through. The air is SO restricted going through that unless you are only adding a pound or two, you still have to remove them. If you only need to add a pound or two, you don't need to add air anyway. They stick out much farther is the drawback.
It IS nice, however, to be able to put an air gauge on it.
