I looked at the Ultrabreeze before I bought the MaxxAir II's. I'm not sure how the Ultrabreeze mounts as I never got that far. If you go with MaxxAir, I recommend the II's as they allow the vent to open up farther and flow more air.
It's possible the Ultras wont' work at all for you because of your roof design.
