I would go with the MaxxAir over the Ultrabreeze everytime, the Maxxair is a better pick because of the way it mounts,to the sides of the vent instead of opening up the roof and having to replace all the sealant.
Ether MaxxAir or Maxxair II will work well I have used both but like the look of the MaxxAir.
If you are going to put it over a fan a MaxxAir Fanmate was my choice. It opens so you can clean the fan and vent. The video shows it very well.
