Uphill tank system

I have almost exactly that same configuration. Flojet Macerator works for me.

I cannot imagine any situation where somebody would encounter a 100' rise to dump their waste water. I doubt any macerater could manage that.

If need be couldn't I run a fresh water pump closer to the drain to help the macerator?

I have a portable FloJet Macerator that I use mainly when visiting sister ion FL.

Clean out is almost 100' away with a 2' rise.

I use 3/4" garden hoses and pump black tank, grey & galley.......120 gallons

I saw a thetford system on camping world that said it could handle 21 feet. But i've seen some people online saying it can handle over 100 feet uphill.

Have you looked at flojet macerator?

Looks marginal for uphill use. Max level hose 50', max run time 15 minutes.

If it is a 20+ foot rise you could be looking at 1/2 hp+ 120v macerator that may need a pit that you dump in.

I just noticed that I didn't put in that im looking for a system to pump waste, mostly grey water uphill.

75 feet of rise is about 40 PSI. Take into account some friction loss for the pipe length, and you are at a much higher pressure.

If it is just 75' of hose, and say 15 - 20 feet of rise, then that can be done with any RV water pump. How much flow are you looking for?

If you only need about 5 gallons per minute, then the VSP pump that is 5.7 GMP and 12 or 24 volt input can work well. That would be a total of around 300 gallons per hour, so it is a significant amount of water.

You can find that pump at CampingWorld.com and the standard Sur flow is rated around 2.5 GPM. Probably only around 2 GPM at 30 PSI - about what will be required for 75' of garden hose going up 15 - 20 feet in elevation.
