IMHO the water pressure increase isn’t noticeable. Felt close to my old shower head. Perhaps I had a pretty good one before the switch. We also dry camp a lot so we can’t compare the two with a city water hookup.
It does save water. That’s always a plus for many reasons, especially for dry campers.
