I have ordered three times from that seller. I have had excellent service and found them very accomadating. They don't ship to a PO Box. When I explained that my town only has PO Boxes they agreed to ship to me. I had asked several questions and they answered each time within 24 hours. Sounds like a simple mistake was made on your order.
