From my similar experience with a seller, FleaBay won't back you and neither will their finance co. PayPal. When Fleabay rejects your claim the info goes to PayPal and your claim is instantly rejected there without review.
Fleabay is my absolute last resort for purchasing anything. They also recently sent out more new policy changes further restricting your rights.
