I have the rig in sig and mounted two of the 5"or 5.25" fence posts to the level up piston mounting holes on the bottom with a piece of aluminum angle. Problem The heat from the generator will melt it. I wrapped the exhaust pipe with wrap but the heat coming down the hole from the engine was starting to distort it after a few minutes. SO I have to move it from front to back. Between the sewer pipes and exhaust I can only go to the rear most set of levelers. Hopefully this may save some time for someone else.I don't know how to post pictures so, sorry.

Mounting on the rear will make it much more likely to catch on something and get torn off.

I mounted mine about half way between the landing jacks and in front of the tires where there was room. Close by is the under mounted spare so I figured if I ever high ground and hit it, I've got other problems.

I installed mine just behind the dump valve and if front of the forward of the front tires.Much more convenient to hookup and dump.

I plan on moving my storage post later but, for now, have it bolted on top of the rear bumper.

$300 you can have 5" square aluminum tubing to take the heat :B

I mounted mine on the back bumper, as well, I don't like the hose in the bumper.

Really, I wouldn't think that could happen. If used as a post cover, they sit out in the sun all day. Hmmm...

I would love to see pics of this. I have a 7' ladder as well and it just started to get in the way too much in the basement area, and I dont want it straped to the ladder on the back, so I leave it home now. I kick myself everytime I need it.

Mine is on top of the bumper as well but I left it white and put some reflective red trailer marker tape. Instead of latches I used powder coated spring loaded cabinet hinges and the caps stay closed just fine. Put another just behind the rear axle to hold my 7' folding ladder, put a latch on that one though, didn't trust the cabinet hinge to hold back that much weight.
