lawrosa, I had an outlet placed in the shore power cord box which is powered by the inverter. I simply plug in the shore power cord and turn on the inverter.
To do that efficiently, the converter needs to be disabled, the fridge switched to propane, and the water heater set to propane.
Since your converter appears to not have its own breaker the easiest way to disconnect it on a temporary basis is to add a switch.
