The 30 amp breaker is the main breaker to the TT. When you shut the 30 amp breaker off, you will have no AC power to the whole TT.
After the 30 amp breaker there should be several smaller breakers (15 amp and maybe 20 amp) that distribute power to other parts of the trailer. Find out which of the smaller breakers is for your converter.
