Aims has a poor reputation.
Put the outlet inside the shore power cord box. That way it can be used when trundling down the road and it will be protected from the weather.
#10 wire would be fine for panel to converter but I'd go larger because you may wish to add another panel.
#4 wire is smallish for an 800 watt inverter unless it is extremely close to the battery bank. There will already be voltage drop at the battery bank so it is better to oversize the cable.
