I am in Florida and recently got a price on an XLR thunderbolt 415 (looked in person at both the 3950 and this-pretty similar to me) with full body paint and we were in the low 70s OTD before deciding on something different. I felt they still had a bit of wiggle room but perhaps CA models need some extra features? I couldn't imagine the exhaust filters you must need on the genset :)
