100' sewer drain
Have any of you emptied your tanks successfully using 100' of 3" sewer hose? I need to empty tanks a couple of times and am thinking of using regular sewer hose. it's about 100' and flat all the way t...

100' and flat.......
That means after each dump you will need to 'walk' all of that sewer hose all the way to drain connection. (walk the hose........pick it up and walk it hand over hand so contents move down hose
Some TP and solids WILL hangup/stay behind even with the walking due to lack of sufficient liquids to move it along.
Hopefully drain is threaded type and you have a threaded fitting to use otherwise someone will need to be at drain to monitor/secure hose.
Then there is the possibility of leaking connections or even a hose tearing.
Messy messy messy cleanup and could end up being more expensive then buying using a tote or a portable macerator pump
