16 inch wheels

I'm looking to upgrade my tires from E to a G rated tire. I can not find a psi rating on the wheels,but they are stamped 3960lbs. This would tell me I should be able to put a g rated tire on them. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks 386x12 Toyhauler

    Using G-rated tires would not increase the weight carried by your wheels. The G-rated tires will probably have an extra sidewall ply.

    You should be good to go with LRG tires. Chris
