Just be sure you want to purchase from a 'friend'. If the unit has problems could harm the friendship. We sold a 4 year old Mobile Suites to a friend that had no problems at all. Do not know how he treated it but shortly after the fridge quit, tires started blowing and windows started leaking. Not so friendly now.
