2003 Thor Tahoe TB33 toyhauler
Anyone have experience good or bad with a 33ft Tahoe toyhauler. How do they pull? Have a 3/4 ton new chevy with 6.0 Vortec.What about overall construction of these units,good,bad,? Any help or advice ...

I have a 2000 Tahoe 5th wheel toy hauler! I love everything about it, so far! Pulls great! It has 120 gal fresh water and big holding tanks. We boon dock camp a lot. I looked on the internet a long time to find a used 5th wheel toy hauler that would fit our needs. I gave $10,000 When the toys are unloaded, we have a 8'x16' living room. I can sleep 6 grown ups comfortably. I started out with a Ford F-150 Super Crew but felt like it was at a safe limit. I had plenty of power wit 5.4 V8 with tow package. We live in Northwest, Ar.I did not like the single wheels and would not pull it out west to the Rockies. I found a Dodge RAM 3500 with 5.9 Cummins with only 125,000 miles. I gave $10,300 for the truck! The interior was in real good shape.
Drove and run like, new. It took me awhile on the internet to find the truck. It handles it perfect in every way and I don't have to worry about overloading the trailer. I love the dual wheels and extra brakes is a good feeling!
