Our rig had an inline circuit breaker between the battery and the rig that tripped one day in the dealers lot. I didn't know it was there located under the rig at the left front corner. It was a manual reset breaker which he replaced with an automatic reset.
That breaker would kill the 12 VDC to the coach. Check the voltage at the DC breaker box input. If zero that is the problem.
