Wow. There are some really doubtful/ rude people on here. Thought the RVing community was one of nice relaxed people. Apparently this place is just full of rude bitter people.
So I guess when you tow and have used many different rigs you are just used to nothing working properly.
So I guess shopping around and taking time to put together the right rig and getting it to work properly is something unheard of.
You all with the horrible gas mileage must be the people flying by me in the cruising lane just keeping the peddle mashed with such a fire under you to get where you need to go. I'm still young so I guess by the time I am your age I'll be yelling at the young families on here doing it right and enjoying their time away from work because I'll have nothing better to do but complain as well. Seeing as I'll be old and bitter too.
We don't live in a gear head kind of world anymore. It's digital where u can change your engine settings with the push of a button.
So for the amount of towing and distance me and my family and friends go with our awesome rig. It does pull awesomely and I do get great mileage. Sorry you all are full of negativity.
So I added my two cents in what works wonderfully for us to assist in what the original poster had asked and you all got so bent on it your not helping him out.
He does have a valid point to some degree. The tone here could be improved when disagreeing. I remember many years ago when my long departed father told me "it's OK to disagree, just be respectful of the other person and do not be rude to anyone". I am now older and retired. I don't think we are all old and bitter people, but the tone from time to time might lead a younger person to conclude that. Off my soapbox.
