Sales guy is giving you a big line on solo motorhome and then renting a car. Car rental locations are not close to RV campgrounds especially remote National Forests and National Parks. Class B and Class C owners that I know, while they don't pull a toad, they also don't rent a car but instead break camp and drive the MH for anything that is not in walking distance.
