I have a 2013 epic 2 package voltage 3905, biggest pierce of junk. Received Feb 28 2013 now May 5 and have used it 2 days . The list is long of factory screw ups, plus Duthcman has the worst customer service in the market, there parts department is equally as bad.
I was told to take it to a repair location 400 miles away from my home then told they would not pay, so off it went to a dealer 60 miles away , customer services rep Bishop said he had contacted that dealers service manager and filled him in, so take it over we have the parts headed that way. I took unit over and the dealer had not heard a word from Dutchman not a thing, I be leave the service manger,, nothing that Dutchman says they have yet to tell the truth about anything....
I would be ashame to put my name on the final inspection tag on any unit from Dutchman, I looked at that tag Friday and think what an idiot that man is if he thought this unit was ready to go.... The up management of Dutchman needs to pull there heads out of there a-- and get a grip on what they are push out on the consumer.
Any Dutchman rep want to take me on I have every attempt to contact them recorded....and every time they said they were doing something and nothing happened. I had a KZ product before this pile of junk wish I had it back it was 10 times the product
