Thanks for the reply! In a "just in time inventory" the parts arrive when needed. This is more like a "order when you find out you need it and hope it only takes 2 - 3 weeks" inventory. ;) This must be an RV industry thing because I haven't had this problem with my cars or motorcycles. Another reason that I got the Voltage is that General RV sells lots of them and I figured that they would be very familiar with the issues and how to fix them and have parts. BUT I WAS WRONG :(
To be fair, I would buy again from GENERAL RV. They are trying to make things right and so far have been good to work with.
