Found a unit we really like, but have no experience with this model or Open Range in general. There is a dealer close, but this is an individuals unit. Pros, Cons? thanks for the info

We have had our Open Range since May 2008 and like it. We did have some problems since it was one of the first trailers built but were treated excellent when we took it to the factory. They fixed everything in a shift. They have cable slides which are great making the slide assemblies lighter in weight. Don't know where you are located but OR is built in Shipshewana Indiana. They have been merged in with Jayco. Units are still called Open Range and the CEO is the same. I would not be afraid to be another one. Good Luck and Happy browsing.
