2012 XLR Hyper Lite Toy Hauler 27ft.
Will this hauler hold a golf cart (non-lifted) with a rear seat? Is it wide & talk enough? Who has one? Quality? Is there a rear tv hookup in the garage?

I see you have the same truck as I do. How does it handle the weight? Are you near 10,000# TH weight?

The width of the garage is no problem. Length of the garage area is 9'. If your rear seat makes your cart exceed that dimension, it will not fit.
If you have bunk bed(s) in the garage, this may cause a problem with the canopy on your golf cart. We have one bed and it is adjusted to go up to the maximum height which is 6'1" of head room. I would seriously doubt if a second bed would allow enough height.
There is a coax receptacle for a TV in the ceiling but you will need to attach the wall mount.
The quality of the trailer has proven to be pretty good. Not high end but mid range on the fit and finish. We had an issue with the rear ramp door getting moisture inside because we use it as a deck and had a really hard rain last May. Forest River replaced the door without problems. This was the only warranty issue we had.
