I will add my two cents, I have an old 5.9, with a 5 speed manual. I tow a 11,000# (wet) 5er with a set of 3.55's, and do just fine. I have about 270 HP and about 530# of torque, so with that 6.7 with 350+ and 800#+ should have no problem.
