Prior to leaving I thoroughly flushed the black tank even filling it twice to 2/3s full and then draining it to make sure it was clean. Once drained I closed the valve and added a gallon of water with two cups of calgon a cap of regular tide laundry detergent and waste digester adding several gallons of water. I complained to the dealer and he said that residual water could remain in the lines and drain to the cap. I purchased a five inch clear extension tube so I could see what was going on and as before the tube had filled and the cap held the water there. I again complained and they supposedly replaced the valve. Our next outing was even worse not only did the problem remain it was worse. Also, when I added the calgon detergent and waste digester with several gallons of water I noticed two additional leaks coming from under the trailer. I know that I am in violation the EPA federal and state rules and could be cited and fined also I am exposing myself to a law suite. Has anyone experienced such problem I have never before and this is my third new trailer. I have returned it to the dealer and this will be their third attempt the first attempt they adjusted the valve the second time they replaced the valve and that is when I noticed two additional leaks. This will be the third try and yes I am aware of the lemon laws. However, I feel Keystone should eat it and tomorrow they will receive a strongly worded letter via certified mail advising them that I plan to inform the EPA as their product is placing me in violation of EPA regulations by illegally dumping hazardous waste.

Yes, We had the same problem with our 2014 Montana High Country 355RE. The dealership was unable to find the problem, so they just added a new shut off valve right where you connect the hose to flush. Our's did the same thing when you went to dump several gallons would come out even if the tank handles were closed. Two Different dealerships couldn't find problem. Hope this helps/
