First I would like to thank everyone for their responses some excellent ideas the twist on valve placing a separate valve at the end. It does go against the grain of the reason you purchase and new RV and spend in excess of 60K. Contrary to some of the responses the EPA and keep in mind each state also has their EPA does consider dumping raw sewage on the ground a violation of their regulations as it is classified as biological hazardous waste and only has to be reported by a citizen who happens to have the misfortune of having set up camp next to you. Also, if someone becomes ill I would be held liable. Also, RV trailers are included under the lemon laws (http://www.lemonlawamerica.com/lemon-rv.htm) however I would prefer to avoid such messy course of action. One thing that is disturbing is that when they attempted to resolve the one they introduced three additional defects. First, I could smell sulfur from the batteries, second the gray tank indicator registered full when empty and third a new leak was discovered. Again thank you all and this appears to be a limited problem.
