I purchased a new 2013 Montana High in March of 2013. Our first outing on Memorial Day proved uneventful. Prior to leaving I thoroughly flushed the black tank even filling it twice to 2/3s full and then draining it to make sure it was clean. Once drained I closed the valve and added a gallon of water with two cups of calgon a cap of regular tide laundry detergent and waste digester adding several gallons of water. Our next outing a two weeks later I was shocked when I removed the cap to connect the sewer hose and several gallons of liquid spewed forth which appeared from to come from the black tank and yes the valve was closed. I complained to the dealer and he said that residual water could remain in the lines and drain to the cap. I purchased a five inch clear extension tube so I could see what was going on and as before the tube had filled and the cap held the water there. I again complained and they supposedly replaced the valve. Our next outing was even worse not only did the problem remain it was worse. Also, when I added the calgon detergent and waste digester with several gallons of water I noticed two additional leaks coming from under the trailer. I know that I am in violation the EPA federal and state rules and could be cited and fined also I am exposing myself to a law suite. Has anyone experienced such problem I have never before and this is my third new trailer. I have returned it to the dealer and this will be their third attempt the first attempt they adjusted the valve the second time they replaced the valve and that is when I noticed two additional leaks. This will be the third try and yes I am aware of the lemon laws. However, I feel Keystone should eat it and tomorrow they will receive a strongly worded letter via certified mail advising them that I plan to inform the EPA as their product is placing me in violation of EPA regulations by illegally dumping hazardous waste.
Thanks,

•Some materials that are excluded from the definition of solid waste (and therefore are NOT hazardous) include: ?Domestic sewage
Tell that to the driver of Dave Matthew's tour bus when they (on purpose) dropped their black tank while traveling across a double-deck bridge with an expanded metal roadbed. MAJOR citation and very nearly criminal prosecution, IIRC. I know people here in AZ who were cited for leaking black tanks when camping in the forest and one guy was kicked out of a campground for a leak.
