Like an earlier poster said, this will solve your problem.
Valve
My gray valve was 8 feet away from exit discharge, but if the trailer was tilted away, then you got 8 feet of gray water that would dump out when you removed the cap.
Maybe your black valve has paper or something caught in it. My gray valve had plastic making it leak back when it was new. It didn't come from us.
