I have a 2013 which has the same frame as the 2014. Curt does make a "no drill" kit for a fifth wheel hitch that uses many of the existing holes in the frame. The rest of the mounts are brackets around the frame members, but are captive so they are secure. I put one in mine - works fine, relatively easy to install. The parts fit well.
The "picture frame" plate that is part of the RAM frame would work well for a goose neck, but would not work well for a fifth wheel mount.
