Never seen that...you have a GN hitch that locks into the picture frame adapter, (that means it would cam lock into 4 holes instead of the one in the center:h
the 5er/GN prep package leaves 5 holes in one's truck bed. it's given the name "picture frame adapter), because it's rectangle shaped and it locks into the 4 outside cam locks . Most who have GN hitches use the center hole in the truck bed, (built into frame) and don't even need the picture frame adapter...never seen a GN hitch that had 4 connections points to fit into four separate cam locks in the bed of the Ram truck
