There are a couple of manufacturers, Reese being one of them that are in the process of fabricating a 5th wheel hitch with "legs" built onto it that fit into the 4 outside cam locks of the 5er/GN prep package.
MOPAR is charging almost $500 for their picture frame adapter and I saw a picture on the cummins forum of one that I believe Reese builds for only $313 with free shipping, (it's identical to the Mopar picture frame adapter)..and I'd look for a hitch somewhere else also, Mopars prices are ridiculous.
