I did not have an issue buying from him as I new what a fair price was and I also new it was very unlikely that I would ever need to use his service dept or deal with them after the purchase. I suggest a thorough walk thru and make them fix any issues before you drive away.
the shower is a major selling point for the boss (aka my wife) as well.
i'm not sure if we will ever go on the roof (we never did on current rig), but the feedback is good nonetheless
