2014 Evergreen Amped 28FS

I'm posting for my Dad because he isn't very internet savy. He just sold his 41ft Motorhome and purchased an Evergreen Amped 28FS. He put a sway bar on it to help with towing and it is still all over the place. He has towed trailers for years, and can not figure out what the problem is. Has anyone else had this problem. It is a trailer hitch tow, not a 5th wheel. He is pulling it with a Ford Excursion.

    Sounds like lack of tongue weight but the Ford may not be up to the task. Check the tires. Consider a Blue Ox Sway Pro hitch. Good luck.

    I know mine was like that when new and empty. Once I had it loaded it was totally stable. Basically I think it was light on the hitch weight.

    Has he tried it with and without water? That's about 8 pounds a gallon...
